Assistant / Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Location: Königsbach-Stein (home office possible 80% of the time)

As an assistant, you will experience the day-to-day business of the management at first hand and provide active support with your organizational know-how.

Your tasks

• Supporting the management in administrative and organizational tasks
• Handling telephone, e-mail and letter correspondence
• Creating presentations and statistics
• Managing and tracking project lists
• Human resources management via our time recording system

Prerequisites:

• Completed commercial training or business studies
• Experience in passenger transportation, logistics, events is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Good command of MS Office programs
• High level of organizational and planning skills

• You have successfully completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician (all disciplines) or comparable training.
• You have experience in the maintenance of commercial vehicles
• You are interested in new drive technologies and ideally already have some experience of working with system and high-voltage technology.
